Remote default, on-site when it counts

Most of the work runs over video, shared docs and the weekly cadence. On-site days are reserved for the diagnostic, key leadership conversations and the moments where being in the room moves the work forward.

What a 60-Day Engagement Looks Like

Most operating-discipline installs run 60 days. Here is the actual shape of the work, week by week.

Week 1-2

Diagnostic

On-site days. Interview owner, leadership and operators. Review numbers, processes, KPIs. Identify what is actually broken vs. what feels broken.

Week 3

Report + Scope

Plain-English diagnostic report. Owner walkthrough. Agreed scope for the install: which cadence, which numbers, which one or two functions to tighten.

Week 4-7

Install

Weekly 1:1 cadence live on the partner platform. Monthly review pack drafted. Financial one-pager running. Function-level fixes in motion with named owners.

Week 8-9

Step Out

Capability handover. Owner-only debrief. The cadence and the numbers are running without us. We stay on call - usually a check-in at 30 days post-engagement.
